We currently have no moderators.  That will come later as the boards grow enough to need them.  For now, any problems should be addressed by an administrator.  We have two administrators, Simtra and myself.

We hope that none of you will ever have to use this but conflicts do happen. These are the procedures you should follow if you ever find yourself in conflict with someone on the list.

1) Explain that you are upset by what has been said and ask the person or persons involved to clarify their point.

Most mis-communications occur because people take what is said too personally or misunderstand what was posted.  Ask questions first and try to look at the problem objectively.  Make sure you give the poster an appropriate amount of time to respond.

2) If the problematic behavior continues, contact an administrator.

When contacting the administrator, state that you have already followed the first step and either received no response or a rude response.  Be polite and try to remain objective as you document the problem.  Provide, if possible, links or post titles.  The more information you provide, the better chance the I have of taking care of your problem.

3) Only the list owner can make a determination whether or not the offender needs to be ejected from the list.

If your complaint reaches this level, the offender may be subject to moderation or suspension while the decision is being made.
